Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Ulster County (Mizel, J.), entered May 22, 2000, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.

Respondent was charged in a juvenile delinquency petition with committing an act which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the crime of obstructing governmental administration in the second degree (Penal Law § 195.05).
