—Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 24, 1997, which charged claimant with a recoverable overpayment of benefits.

After claimant left her employment as a warranty administrator for an automobile dealership, she applied for unemployment insurance benefits in March 1997. The local unemployment insurance office disqualified claimant from receiving benefits on the basis of its conclusion that claimant voluntarily quit her job without good cause.
