Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered June 17, 1997 in Ulster County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent denying petitioner’s grievances challenging certain security procedures.

Petitioner is incarcerated at the Shawangunk Correctional Facility in Ulster County for the crimes of murder in the second degree and assault in the second degree.
