Global Water Group, Inc. appeals a take-nothing judgment notwithstanding the verdict (j.n.o.v.) for Robert Atchley and Aspen Water, Inc. on Global’s claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and conspiracy. It also appeals a partial summary judgment for Atchley on Global’s claims for breach of a shareholder agreement.
