WARREN, Justice.
We withdraw our prior opinion and substitute the following:
This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted by the Probate Court Number One of Harris County, Texas.
The summary judgment granted appellee a bill of review on four prior probate court orders which had allowed appellant’s claims against the Estate of Thomas W. Bishop, deceased, for unpaid promissory notes executed by the deceased.
