The appellee was plaintiff below and' brought suit for the wrongful death of her husband, J. L. Lucken, and alleged in her declaration that the appellant is a railroad corporation under the laws of the state of Mississippi, operating a line of railroad through Valley Park, Miss., a town between Vicksburg and Rolling Fork, and that in the town of Yalley Park, where her husband was killed, the railroad runs north and south, and that its depot is situated on the east side of the railroad track, and that a highway and public thoroughfare runs east and west and crosses the railroad and is…
