The circuit court of Bureau county sustained a motion of Amelia Ambrose, widow of William Ambrose, deceased, to quash the writ of certiorari to the Industrial Commission for failure to comply with section 19(f) 1 and (f)2 of the Workmen’s Compensation act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1939, chap. 48, par. 156.)
