This is a direct appeal in an attorney discipline case. For seven years, the appellant, an experienced bankruptcy attorney, collected post-confirmation attorney’s fees from his debtor clients using a creditors’ procedure which the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee found improper.
