11 Defendant, Dan McCorvey, appeals his conviction on possession of cocaine and his multiple offender adjudication. - For the •reasons that follow, we affirm defendant’s conviction and sentence.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On August 10, 2009, defendant was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. On April 8, 2010, defendant appeared for arraignment with attorney George Blair and pled not guilty.
