The plaintiff brought this suit against the defendant in the district court of Utah county. By her suit plaintiff sought to rescind a contract theretofore entered into whereby she agreed to purchase, and the defendant agreed to sell, the Orpheus Theater located at Evanston, Wyo. The agreed purchase price of the theater was $37,500. As part payment for the theater, plaintiff conveyed to the defendant three tracts of land. The tracts of land so conveyed are all located in the state of Utah; one in Washington county, one in Millard county, and one in Utah county. In her complaint plaintiff bases…
