| ^Defendant Greenville Mahogany (“Mr.Mahogany”) and his co-defendants were charged with the December 19, 2011 attempted second degree murder of Win-field Brazile (“Mr. Brazile”). Mr. Mahogany was also charged with one count of discharging of a firearm during a violent crime.1 A bench trial was held, and Mr. Mahogany was found guilty on both counts.
