This is an appeal from an order granting a motion to quash a writ of garnishment and directing the clerk of the court to pay over to the attorney for defendant Raymond O’Steen (sometimes referred to as L. Raymond O’Steen) all property or money belonging to said defendant in his possession by reason of garnishment.
