The petitioners, Dr. Lynda Craft, former interim president of Ayers State Technical College; Dr. Fred Gainous, chancellor of the Department of Post-Secondary Education; and Ayers State Technical College, are the remaining defendants1 in a wrongful-termination action filed by Spencer Tracy Trussell in the Calhoun Circuit Court.
