Williams, Deacon & Oo. are bankers in the city of London, England, and as snch have been business correspondents-of the Bank of Mobile for more than forty years. The cross-bill makes substantially the following case; One line of the business of the Bank of Mobile has been the purchase by discount of bills of exchange payable abroad, which, when collected, produced and placed a fund, on which the Bank of Mobile drew and sold foreign exchange.
