OPINION OF THE COURT

Cohalan, J.

This is a proceeding pursuant to section 298 of the Executive Law to review an order of the State Human Rights Appeal Board, dated March 21, 1978, which affirmed an order of the State Division of Human Rights, dated May 19, 1977. The latter order was made after a hearing wherein the *278present petitioner, by its agent, was found guilty of unlawful discrimination against the complainant on the basis of his national origin in a manner relating to public accommodations. The State Division of Human Rights has cross-moved for judicial enforcement of its order.
