The affidavit on which the attachment was issued states, in substance, that the action is brought against the defendants for the wrongful conversion of personal property of the plaintiff, and the complaint, which is made a part of the affidavit, alleges, that in consequence of the wrongful sales, detentions and conversions therein mentioned, the plaintiff has sustained damage in the sum of one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars, and judgment for that amount is demanded, and interest from the first day of October, 1889. The plaintiff and defendant are residents of the city of Baltimore.…
