I. INTRODUCTION

In bankruptcy proceedings currently pending before the Honorable Erwin I. Katz, William A. Brandt, Jr., as Trustee of the estate of Lissner Corporation (the “Trustee”), has filed a motion to modify a portion of the claim filed against the estate by the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund (“Central States”).
