The Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County granted a motion for judgment in favor of Saadeh, Inc., and its workers’ compensation insurer, Ohio Casualty Insurance Company (“Ohio Casualty”), the appellees, at a bench trial of a workers’ compensation case brought by John P. Saadeh, the appellant.
