Appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court (Anthony E Aloi, J.), rendered September 9, 2010. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
