MEMORANDUM

HIGGINS, District Judge.

On May 27, 1983, the plaintiff, Robert Steven Bubis, filed this action against the defendants, Leonard Ray Blanton, James M. Allen, S.J. King, Clyde Edward Hood, Jr., Robert 0. Frensley, Jack Ham, James B. Ham, Robert E. Townes and Charles S. Rollins. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants engaged in a combination and conspiracy in unreasonable restraint of interstate commerce in the retail liquor industry in Davidson County, Tennessee, in violation of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
