_JjAt issue in this appeal is the temporal element of La.R.S. 9:2800.6. Evangeline Downs of Louisiana, Inc. appeals a trial court judgment which found that it had constructive notice of a beet on the floor of its buffet restaurant, which caused Dana Patin to fall and injure herself. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS
