1. There is no merit in the motion to dismiss the writ of error on the main bill of exceptions.

2. In a suit by a husband for a divorce, the court entered a decree granting a total divorce between the parties, and in the same judgment awarded to the wife a cash sum as alimony in accordance with a purported written agreement signed by them. Thereafter the wife filed a petition entitled in the divorce suit, which sought relief in three counts.
