In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of two commercial leases, the plaintiff appeals (1), as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Giacomo, J.), entered March 31, 2014, as, in effect, (a) denied that branch of its motion which was to vacate a charging lien of its former attorney, nonparty Stephen R.
