MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER OF THE COURT
GIGNOUX, Senior District Judge.
Presently before the Court are motions of plaintiff Sierra Club for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses in these two related actions, pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412. The motions are supported by affidavits and detailed timesheets. Defendants object to plaintiff’s entitlement to any award in Civil No. 84-0366 B, and to the amounts requested in both actions.
