MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Mario Darnell Smith entered a conditional guilty plea to one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, three counts of aggravated identity theft in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A(a)(l), and one count of conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. He now appeals the district court’s 2 denial of his motion to suppress. For the following reasons, we affirm.
