OPINION and ORDER

MUECKE, District Judge.

This is a negligence action involving parties of diverse citizenship. It is here on defendant’s motion to dismiss by reason of the running of the statute of limitations.

Pertinent facts taken from the complaint, record, and supplemental affidavits of the parties are these. Plaintiffs are residents of the State of Arizona and Defendant Nolan Welmaker is a resident of the State of California.
