The plaintiff. Hew York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company operates the Putnam division of its railroad system through the village of White Plains, and there maintains station buildings, consisting of a passenger station and freight buildings, with a platform running -about parallel with the railroad tracks, which run substantially north and south, and two other platforms, one being on the east side of and adjoining the passenger station and parallel therewith, and the other being at the southerly end of the passenger station and running substantially east and west.
