Junius Hart Piano House, Ltd. v. Tauzin

On March 24, 1925, Junius Hart Piano House, Limited, of New Orleans, sold to E. M. T'auzin, of Alexandria, a piano of a standard make which was to be shipped from the plaintiff’s place of business in New Orleans to defendant at Alexandria.
