Affirming.

On December 12,1928, Mrs. Emma Kessler executed to the Liberty Insurance Bank a mortgage on a tract of land in J efferson county securing the bank in extending credit to Albert Nisbet or herself, in the sum of $25,000. On March 22, 1929, she brought this action against the bank, alleging that the bank had then already extended all the credit to Albert Nisbet it intended to extend, or in fact at any time extended; that there was no consideration for the mortgage, and the sole reason why she signed it was that she was frightened by the…
