This action is an effort to hold appellants liable because they rented an airplane to a person whose conduct caused the death of appellees ’ son.

Appellants, Garbacz and Holbert, are partners owning and operating the Central Flying Service in Little Rock. Yernon Wilkerson was a young man interested in aviation. He held a student’s permit which allowed him to rent and fly a plane, but not to carry passengers.
