Supreme Court, New York County, rendered January 14, 1974, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of possession of a weapon as a felony, reversed, on the law, the order of said court entered December 5, 1973, denying defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence reversed, on the law, and granted and the indictment dismissed. The central issue on this appeal is the propriety of the "stop” of appellant.
