^Defendant, Terrence Daniels, was convicted on counts one and two of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; on count three of second offense possession of marijuana; and on count four of possession of cocaine. Defendant was sentenced to twelve years imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, and a $1,000.00 fine ■ on counts one and two respectively and five years imprisonment at hard labor on counts three and four respectively.
