This diversity matter concerns allegations by Plaintiff New York Islanders Hockey Club, LLP (“Islanders”) of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and negligent supervision against Defendant Comerica Bank — Texas (“Comerica”) and its Senior Vice President, Joseph D. Lynch (“Lynch”), both residents of Texas. Presently before the Court are Defendants’ motions to dismiss pursuant to Fed.
