Dorothy and James Black appeal from the order of the Probate Court (Waldo County, Barrett, J.) dismissing their petition for the guardianship of their grandson, Zachary Z., on the dual grounds of improper venue, 18-A M.R.S.A. § 5-205 (1981), and failure to establish the preliminary requirement of termination or suspension of the parental rights of Zachary’s father’s, 18-A M.R.S.A. §§ 5-204, 5-207(b) (1981).
