Frank Kubulis and Tony Yodelis were convicted of burglary and larceny and have sued out a writ of error.

The indictment charged the plaintiffs in error, together with Amelia Kubulis and Maikus Janulis, with breaking into a freight car of the New York Central Railroad Company in the county of Kankakee and stealing twenty bolts of black silk cloth of the value of $2000, five pieces of green half-wool French serge cloth of the value of $150, and five pieces of black half-wool French serge cloth of the value of $150.
