The question for determination presented by this record arises upon the ruling of the court on the defendants’ demurrer to the petition. Exception was taken to this ruling, and the defendants electing to stand on their demurrer, judgment was entered against them fqr $600 and costs. The defendants bring the case to this court alleging error in overruling the demurrer to the petition, and error in entering judgment in favor of plaintiff against the defendants.
