The defendants were indicted, convicted, and sentenced for bribery and corrupt solicitation and are here on appeals which were argued together and will be disposed of in one opinion.(1) The first question involved concerns the sufficiency of the indictment and was raised by the refusal of the trial court to sustain a demurrer to the indictment.
