ON REHEARING

HAMLIN, Justice.

We granted rehearing in this matter in order that we might reconsider our decree maintaining plaintiff, The Union Bank, *831in the quiet and peaceable possession of the following described property:

“A certain lot or parcel of land situated within the corporate limits of the town of Marksville, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, bounded as follows: On the North by property of Alton J. Normand and H.
