Petitioner Syrenas Stewart moves to vacate his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, arguing that he no' longer qualifies for an enhanced term under the Armed Career Criminal Act, (“ACCA”), 18 U.S.C. § 924(e).
