GARDNER, Chief Judge.

Appellants, Pevely Dairy Company and St. Louis Dairy Company, were convicted for engaging in a conspiracy to fix wholesale and retail milk prices on Grade A regular milk in the St. Louis area, within the State of Missouri, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1. These two dairy companies, sometimes referred to in the record as handlers, were indicted with six individuals who were *364officers or employees of the dairy companies.
