On a certain day of June 1957, defendant and his brother José arrived at about 11 o’clock at night at a bar located on the highway from Guaynabo to La Muda. They ordered drinks and were served. They asked whether there was food and went to the kitchen. They asked the cook to serve them. At that moment other customers arrived.
