This suit was brought by the appellants against the appellees to quiet title to certain real estate in Howard county. Answer in general denial to the complaint was filed. Judgment was in favor of the defendants. The only assignment of error is that the court erred in overruling appellants’ motion for a new trial. The causes for the new trial are that the decision of the court is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law.
