Rubin, J.), rendered September 26, 1990, convicting defendant DeMatteis, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 17 years to life, unanimously affirmed. Judgment of the same court, rendered October 1, 1990, convicting defendant Cuadrado of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 25 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
