COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiffs, Norman and Irene Muck-way, appeal the district court’s dismissal, for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted in a federal court proceeding. Their complaint alleged that the defendants’ failure to enforce a zoning ordinance denied them equal protection of the law. We affirm.

According to the plaintiffs’ complaint, the plaintiffs purchased land in LaPorte County, Indiana and constructed a house on the land in 1951. At the time of the plaintiffs’ purchase and construction, La-Porte County did not have a comprehensive zoning or land use…
