Eugene Barnes appeals here the decision and order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), reversing the referees decision and disallowing benefits pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law1 which prohibits payment of benefits to claimants who are dismissed from their employment due to work-connected willful misconduct. The Board issued the appealed order upon reconsideration of its prior order which had affirmed the referees allowance of benefits.
