OPINION
HEWITT, Judge.
Plaintiffs claim that they are owners of land in Idaho “under or along the railroad corridor which runs from Weiser, Washington County, Idaho, to Rubicon, Adams County, Idaho.” Plaintiffs’ Complaint for Damages Under the Tucker Act (plaintiffs’ Complaint or Compl.) 2.
