KRENTZMAN, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, Paskay, J., on October 9, 1980. In Re Wilson, 6 B.R. 333 (Bkrtcy.M.D.Fla.1980). Appellant debtor filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the new Bankruptcy Code. 1 Before doing so, how ever, he paid his attorney $1,500 to prepare and file the petition. The trustee challenged the reasonableness of the attorney’s fee pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 329 (West 1979), and the Bankruptcy Court held that the amount was indeed excessive.
