Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (McGrath, J.), rendered October 16, 1998, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree.

Pursuant to a plea bargain and in exchange for an agreed-upon sentence of seven years in prison, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of robbery in full satisfaction of a multicount indictment and waived his right to appeal.
