• Union Uzzle died testate a resident of Muhlenburg county,' and left surviving Mm five children, to whom be devised bis property, a part of wbicb was a tract of land situated in tbe county of bis residence. One of bis sons, Carl Uzzle, was appointed and qualified as executor of tbe will, and, in accordance witb its directions, without executing bond. He took charge of tbe property, looked after tbe real estate, as well as tbe collection of debts, and other matters pertaining to that position, and on June 12, 1910, some of tbe children, devisees…
