MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Earnest Wilson filed this action challenging the government’s response to his request involving a firearms trace report that played a role in his conviction for possessing a firearm which had been shipped in interstate commerce. The government filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint, or in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment. For the reasons discussed below, the motion will be granted.
